When UFM activities will be cancelled due to inclement weather, we have agreed to coordinate our closures with those of the University of Washington.  When the UW is closed, UFM will be closed as well.  This pertains to both Meeting for Worship on Sundays, and office hours and activities hosted in the Meeting House on the other days of the week. 

UW has a campus status hotline that is used to publicize campus closures.  The number is 206-897-4636.  The same information is available via the UW Alert Blog.  They also have an alert service that you can sign up for, which presumably will send out information about closures via text or email.  See https://www.washington.edu/safety/alert/ for information and to sign up.

Dead line for the next issue: 20th of each month.  Also, please add items to our new “Friendly News” column by submitting personal information and news items (birthdays, anniversaries, new jobs or activities, etc.).
